Make Up! The Musical

Love So Far Poster - 1200x675.PNG

We're back! Winner of the 2024 Guelph Fringe "Big Buzz Award", Make Up! The Musical is a musical comedy show that’s completely, well, made up! Using suggestions from the audience, we come up with a whole one hour musical with improvised characters, plots, places, and, of course, music. Starring the award-winning musical improv troupe: Staccayto Staccato! Get ready for tunes, feels, and laughs!

Will we explore the love story of two chimney sweeps in the big city? The heart pounding tale of a murder on a train? The exciting adventure of a group of kids stuck a small town with a mysterious secret? We can only find out at the show, and the show changes every time!

Staccayto Staccato (pronounced like "To-may-to To-mah-to") is a Toronto-based musical comedy troupe and Comedy Bar House Team featuring performers from the schools and stages of Bad Dog Theatre, Comedy Bar, Second City, and more! Staccayto Staccato got their start as a group in 2024 to participate in that year's Guelph Fringe Festival. They've been performing a group ever since and are now bigger and better than ever! We're excited to show you all how much further we've come!
